These positions are distributed across various government departments and offices throughout Himachal Pradesh, providing employment opportunities to eligible candidates from different districts of the state.

HPRCA is the constitutional body responsible for conducting recruitment examinations and selection processes for various Group C and Group D posts in Himachal Pradesh Government departments, boards, and corporations. Established under Article 315 and 320 of the Constitution of India, HPRCA ensures transparent, fair, and merit-based selections following reservation policies as per state and central government norms.

Detailed Vacancy Information

A total of 234 vacancies have been announced for Junior Office Assistant (IT) Job Trainee positions across multiple government departments in Himachal Pradesh. Category-wise reservation of posts is as per Himachal Pradesh Government rules and applicable reservation policies. The reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/Physically Handicapped/Ex-Servicemen) will be selected as per their merit within the respective categories, subject to availability of vacancies and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.

Educational Qualification Requirements

Candidates must possess one of the following educational qualifications to be eligible for Junior Office Assistant (IT) positions: 10+2 (Intermediate) from a recognized Board or University OR Matriculation (10th class) with IT/ITES ITI certificate from a recognized Industrial Training Institute OR three years' Diploma in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology from an AICTE-approved Polytechnic.
