Educational Qualification Requirements
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications from AICTE/UGC approved institutions:
Option 1: Bachelor Degree (Minimum Requirement)
- B.Tech or B.E. degree in relevant engineering disciplines including:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Nuclear Engineering
- Physics/Applied Physics Engineering
- Related fields relevant to nuclear sciences
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks (General/EWS category)
- Minimum 55% aggregate marks (OBC-NCL category)
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks (SC/ST/PwD category)
Option 2: Master Degree (Preferred)
- M.Tech or M.E. degree in relevant specializations
- Master degree holders given preference during selection
