Age Limit

- Minimum Age: आमतौर पर 18 वर्ष

शैक्षिक योग्यता (Educational Qualification)

- Engineers (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Other): संबंधित branch में B.Tech/B.E या समकक्ष मान्यता प्राप्त डिग्री। कुछ senior पदों के लिए post-graduate qualification / अनुभव वांछनीय।
- Accountant / Finance Officer: B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) / ICWA (Inter) या समान finance/accounting संबंधित डिग्री, साथ में Tally / accounting software अनुभव।
- Planner Consultant / Planning Associate / Planning Assistant: Town Planning / Urban Planning / Regional Planning / Civil Engineering / Architecture / Geography आदि विषयों में Bachelor's / Master's degree।
- Architect: B.Arch / M.Arch या समकक्ष, Council of Architecture में valid registration वांछनीय।
- Computer Assistant / Data Entry / IT Support: Graduation + Computer applications / IT में प्रमाणपत्र/डिप्लोमा, typing और office automation tools का ज्ञान।
- Surveyor: ITI / Diploma in Survey / Civil, field survey एवं GIS tools का अनुभव वांछनीय।
- Lab Assistant: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc (relevant stream) – lab handling, testing, sample processing का अनुभव।

Local Self-Government Department (LSGD), Government of Kerala के विभिन्न Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) एवं projects में तैनाती के लिए Centre for Management Development (CMD), Thiruvananthapuram द्वारा व्यापक भर्ती कार्यक्रम संचालित किया जा रहा है। CMD LSGD Kerala Recruitment 2026 के अंतर्गत Engineers, Accountants, Finance Officers, Planner Consultant, Architect, Planning Assistant, Computer Assistant, Surveyor, Lab Assistant सहित विभिन्न तकनीकी एवं प्रशासनिक पदों पर कुल 235 contractual रिक्तियों को भरा जाएगा।
