State Poverty Eradication Mission (Kudumbashree), Kerala सरकार का प्रमुख महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं गरीबी उन्मूलन कार्यक्रम, ने State Program Manager (Micro Finance) पद के लिए भर्ती अधिसूचना जारी की है। यह पद Kudumbashree के Micro Finance operations को मजबूत करने, Self Help Groups (SHGs) की financial sustainability बढ़ाने और community-based microfinance programs को effectively manage करने के लिए बनाया गया है।
State Program Manager (Micro Finance) की जिम्मेदारियों में microfinance portfolio management, SHG banking linkages, loan recovery monitoring, capacity building of field staff, financial literacy programs का संचालन, banking institutions के साथ coordination और Kudumbashree की micro-credit schemes की planning एवं implementation शामिल है। यह senior-level contractual position है जिसके लिए MBA/MSW/M.Com/PGDM (Rural Management specialization) qualified professionals की आवश्यकता है।
