अधिकांश adhoc/contract NIT Calicut recruitments में या तो nominal fee होती है या कुछ मामलों में fee नहीं भी ली जाती। इस विज्ञापन के लिए application fee संबंधी सटीक जानकारी notification में दी गई होगी, जिसे candidate को apply करने से पहले अवश्य जांचना चाहिए।
- यदि fee लागू हो – तो भुगतान online mode (Net Banking / Card / UPI) से किया जाएगा।

Age Limit
आयु सीमा (Age Limit)
- अधिकतर पदों के लिए अधिकतम आयु सीमा लगभग 35 से 50 वर्ष (post-wise अलग-अलग) तय की गई है।
- Chief Security Officer जैसे senior पदों के लिए upper age limit अधिक हो सकती है, जबकि junior level executive पदों के लिए कम हो सकती है।
उम्मीदवारों को exact post-wise age limit जानने के लिए official notification को देखना अनिवार्य है।
आरक्षित वर्गों (SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen) को आयु में छूट केंद्र सरकार के प्रचलित नियमों के अनुसार दी जा सकती है, बशर्ते कि वैध caste/ category certificate प्रस्तुत किया जाए।
Qualification
शैक्षिक योग्यता (Post-wise Minimum Qualification)
सभी पद contract/adhoc आधार पर हैं और प्रत्येक पद के लिए अलग-अलग न्यूनतम योग्यता निर्धारित है:
- Executive (Outreach): किसी भी विषय में Bachelor's Degree + outreach/industry liaison/academic coordination में अनुभव। MBA / PGDM (preferred).
- Chief Security Officer: Bachelor's Degree एवं defence / police / security services में officer level पर पर्याप्त अनुभव। Campus security, crowd management एवं vigilance का ज्ञान वांछनीय।
- Assistant Security Officer: किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से Graduation तथा security / ex-serviceman background।
- Executive (Continuing Education & Skill Development): Bachelor's Degree या B.Tech/B.E / MBA आदि, skill development / training / continuing education programmes से जुड़ा अनुभव।
- Placement Officer: MBA / PGDM / equivalent management qualification, campus placement / corporate relations / HR में अनुभव।
- Horticulture Officer: B.Sc / M.Sc (Horticulture / Agriculture) या संबंधित विषय में डिग्री एवं campus/landscape maintenance में अनुभव।
- Software Developer: B.Tech/B.E (CSE/IT) / M.Sc (Computer Science) / MCA या समकक्ष IT qualification, software development (web applications, databases, scripting) में मजबूत अनुभव।
- Network Administrator: B.Tech/B.E (CSE/IT/Electronics) / M.Sc (CS) या समकक्ष, network configuration, routing, switching, security, Linux servers आदि में अनुभव।
सभी पदों पर preference उन्हीं उम्मीदवारों को दिया जाएगा जिनके पास संबंधित क्षेत्र में प्रासंगिक अनुभव एवं कौशल हों।
