Post-wise Educational Qualification Details

1. Staff Nurse

Essential Qualifications:

• Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (DGNM) from a recognized institution
• OR Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) from a recognized university
• Registration with Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council is mandatory
• Valid registration certificate must be produced at the time of document verification

Desirable:

• Experience in government or private hospitals
• Training in emergency care, ICU, or specialized nursing fields
• Computer literacy and proficiency in maintaining electronic health records

2. Lab Technician Grade III

Essential Qualifications:

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from a recognized institution
• Duration: 2-year diploma course after 12th standard (Science with Biology)
• Should have practical training in clinical pathology, biochemistry, microbiology, and hematology

Desirable:

• Experience in handling automated laboratory equipment
• Knowledge of laboratory information systems
• Training in quality control and laboratory safety protocols

3. Pharmacist

Essential Qualifications (Any One):

• Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) - 2-year course from Pharmacy Council of India approved institution
• OR Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) - 4-year degree from a recognized university
• Registration with Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council is mandatory
• Valid pharmacy registration certificate required

Desirable:

• Experience in hospital pharmacy or retail pharmacy
• Knowledge of drug inventory management systems

4. Health Inspector Grade II

Essential Qualifications:

• 12th Standard pass with Biology as one of the subjects
• AND Completion of 2-year Health Inspector course from a recognized institution
• Certificate course approved by Director of Medical Education, Tamil Nadu
• Training in sanitation, epidemiology, and public health practices

Desirable:

• Field experience in public health programs
• Knowledge of Communicable Diseases Act and Public Health Act
• Computer literacy for health data management

5. Multipurpose Hospital Worker
