Qualification
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification (Post-wise):
- General Manager (Geology): M.Sc / M.Tech in Geology or Applied Geology from recognized university.
- AGM / DGM (Sales & Marketing): B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc Engineering in any discipline OR Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Business Management from recognized university/institution.
- DGM (Legal): Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Senior Manager (Business Excellence): Graduate with MBA/PGDM or equivalent Post Graduate qualification in relevant discipline.
Experience Requirements:
- GM (Geology): Minimum 25 years post-qualification experience in geology/exploration in mining sector, preferably in metallic minerals.
- AGM (Sales & Marketing): Minimum 20 years in sales/marketing of minerals/bulk commodities.
- DGM (Sales & Marketing): Minimum 15 years relevant experience in mineral marketing.
- DGM (Legal): Minimum 15 years experience in legal practice with exposure to mining, infrastructure or PSU legal work.
- Senior Manager (Business Excellence): Minimum 10 years experience in business process management, quality systems, project management in PSU/corporate sector.
Desirable:
- Experience in Government PSU/Public Sector mining companies.
- Knowledge of mining laws, IBM regulations, environmental clearances and mineral marketing policies.
- Professional certifications and advanced trainings in respective domains.

Salary and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
For Geology posts: Planning and supervision of exploration activities, ore body modelling, resource and reserve estimation, geological reports, mine design inputs, and coordination with mining and survey departments.
For Sales & Marketing posts: Formulating marketing strategies, customer development, price negotiations, tender participation, handling domestic and export sales, monitoring dispatch and realization, and market intelligence.
For Legal post: Advising management on legal issues, drafting and vetting agreements, handling litigation, regulatory compliances related to mining laws, environment, labour and commercial matters.
For Business Excellence post: Implementing best practices, process re-engineering, project management, performance measurement systems, quality certifications (ISO etc.) and change management initiatives.
