Payment Method:

Important Information:
- Application fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances
- Applications without payment or with insufficient payment will be summarily rejected

Fee Exemption:
Fee exemption may be considered for IIMU employees applying for internal positions, subject to institute policies.
Age Limit
Age Limit Details
General Age Criteria:
- Candidates should preferably be between 25 to 40 years of age
- The age limit may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates with significant relevant experience
Age Calculation Date:
Age will be calculated as on the last date of application submission, i.e., 26th January 2026.
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST Candidates: 5 years relaxation as per Government of India norms
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates: 3 years relaxation as per applicable rules
- PwD (Persons with Disabilities): 10 years relaxation (15 years for SC/ST-PwD)
- Ex-Servicemen: Age relaxation as per applicable defense service rules
- IIMU Employees: Age limit may be relaxed for internal candidates
Important Note: Candidates claiming age relaxation must produce relevant certificates issued by competent authorities at the time of document verification.

Educational Qualification and Experience Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- MBA or Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Management from a recognized University/Institution
- OR Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from a recognized University
- OR Postgraduate Degree in Marketing from a recognized University
- OR Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration from a recognized University
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates with degrees from premier management institutions (IIMs, XLRI, FMS, etc.) will be given preference
- Additional certification in digital marketing, data analytics, or project management will be advantageous
- Professional experience in higher education sector is highly desirable
Work Experience Requirements
For Associate Manager Position:
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience in administration, operations, marketing, or student relations
- Experience in educational institutions, particularly management schools, will be preferred
- Proven track record of handling multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
For Manager Position:
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience in managerial roles
