- Business Finance / FP&A / MIS / BI / Analytics for BFSI, OR
- Agile transformation, digital programs, large IT change initiatives, scrum coaching, agile delivery in banking/IT/consulting.
- Experience threshold is generally in the range of 5–10+ years for AVP–level positions; candidates must check exact year requirement post–wise in PDF.
- Exposure to PSU/Private banks, NBFCs, Big 4 consulting or large IT services companies will be preferred.
Skill Set (Indicative):
- Strong understanding of banking products, P&L, balance sheet and financial ratios.
- Hands–on expertise with Excel, BI tools, data analysis and reporting for finance roles.
- Deep knowledge of Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), backlog management, sprint planning for Agile roles.
- Good communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills.
